Use the site for its intended purpose: learning about us and getting in touch. The content is informational, not professional advice. It is ours, so please do not copy it wholesale. We provide the site as-is and are not liable for how you use it. A paid engagement is governed by its own contract, not these terms.
Accepting these terms
By using thepathout.ai (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use after we post changes means you accept the updated version.
What this site is
The Site is the marketing and contact home of The Path Out LLC ("TPO," "we," "us," or "our"). It exists to explain what we do, share how we think, and let you book a conversation. It is not a product you log into, and it does not process payments.
Not professional advice
Everything on the Site is provided for general information. It is not legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice, and it does not create a client relationship. Decisions about your business are your own. A client relationship with TPO begins only when we both sign a written service agreement.
Our content and brand
The text, design, graphics, logo, and "The Path Out" name on this Site are owned by TPO or used with permission, and are protected by intellectual-property law. You may read, share a link to, or quote a short passage of our content with attribution. You may not copy, republish, or reuse substantial parts of the Site, or use our name or logo, without our written permission.
Using the site responsibly
When you use the Site, you agree not to:
- Use it for any unlawful purpose or to break any applicable law.
- Submit false information, spam, or malicious content through the contact form.
- Attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.
